All clients have unique projects. This one was no exception. We were asked to provide a personal space that featured his race car hobby. The program was simple; a garage for 16 cars, a 2,200 sf workshop, an upper garage for three more cars, and 1,000 square feet of storage, complete with a balcony to the workshop below. Add to that a 1,200 apartment and man cave with a party deck complete with hot tub and fireplace. The site was terraced, allowing for a creative design approach. The resulting design was reminiscent of days gone by, allowing the structure to blend in with the rustic rolling hills all around
